Terms and Conditions
Welcome, a clear framework of our work together can avoid misunderstandings and facilitate our working relationship. The following are policies under which I operate my practice. Please feel free to discuss any of these with me.
My hope is to help people realise the gift they are, to recognise that they belong in this world in their own unique way, that they have a place and to help them live an authentic wholehearted life. I use a warm, curious, and collaborative lens in our time together. I do my best to meet you as you are within the containers I offer and all that you bring with acceptance and open mindedness, so that in spite of life’s difficulties, you will live an empowered, authentic life and find the way to become the author of your story.
What is expected from you
I look forward to working together with you. To best respect our shared time, it is expected that you will communicate your needs within the scope of our agreement in an ongoing dialogue, and that you will consistently make your sessions. If you have scheduled 1:1 sessions and cannot make an appointment, please reschedule within 48 hours. The cancellation policy is detailed below. If you are participating in any training, workshop or immersion, it is your responsibility to show up and attended to sessions on time and to communicate asap if you are unable to attend. You are encouraged to be completely open about your concerns, challenges, goals and desires so that you can be fully supported as well as possible.
Scheduling
Scheduling for 1:1 session is based on our mutual availability for the days and times requested. Session times can be rescheduled via emailing aubri.hathaway@me.com. Scheduling for workshops is made via the acuity online booking systems. All sessions must be booked and completed within the agreed time frame. Any changes to the coaching/consulting/mentorship plan, times, or delivery must be requested 2 weeks in advance in writing to admin@aubrihathaway.com
Cancellations, no-shows and refunds
48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment for 1:1 or couples services. Payment for sessions are made upon booking unless otherwise agree upon. There are no refunds if you do not attend the agreed-upon session time. If you have not yet paid and no-show for a session, full session fee will be charged via Stripe. There are no refunds for online or in person workshops. Refunds will not be considered or issued for a change of mind for all services offered. For trainings and immersions no refunds are offered for withdrawal or a change of mind unless there is a medical emergency. Where the grounds for withdrawal involve a medical emergency and illness, Aubri Hathaway, at their discretion, may allow a Participant to engage in alternate services (1:1 sessions or workshops of equal value; or allow a partial refund. If the circumstances warrant and a refund request is made before any release of Program materials, a refund of less $300 administration fee will be provided. No refund is available after seven (7) days from the commencement of the Program.
Conditions of Participation in Service
Consent to services
I understand and agree that all services that Aubri Hathaway provides, including facilitation,consulting, mentorship, coaching, training, community constellations and workshops, are a form of educational services, and that Aubri Hathaway is not providing medical or health services. I understand that this means that Aubri Hathaway is not qualified to diagnose psychological or medical conditions. Sessions or services offered are not a substitute replacement for any other form of professional consultation. Sessions are designed solely for educational purposes. Aubri Hathaway is not responsible for the level of your success or any loss or failure experienced during any services offered. Your outcomes depend greatly on how much you put into the process. I accept that given the highly personal nature of these services provided every client's results will differ, that Aubri Hathaway cannot guarantee any results for me; I accept responsibility for any such variance.

Any and all services offer by Aubri Hathaway are not intended to be construed as medical advice, nor is it intended to lead anyone away from a qualified health practitioner. Aubri Hathaway makes absolutely no claims to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease. Aubri Hathaway cannot take any responsibility for those who may want to help themselves outside our instructions.
If you have a medical condition, you are urged to be supervised by a qualified healthcare professional of your choice.

I understand that these sessions may bring up issues of a highly personal nature that may cause me to experience emotional or physical responses that may be unexpected and/or unpleasant. Further, I understand that I may experience mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual distress and that such distress may cause unpleasant feelings. What is experienced in this demonstration may create physical responses on my part. I understand that there is the risk of accident, injury, and emotional distress.
I agree to assume this risk, including but not limited to the types of responses described. I confirm that I do not suffer from any mental or physical impairment, and have not been diagnosed at any point with a disorder, condition, or injury, either physical or mental, that might make it inadvisable for me to assume such risks.
I will seek independent advice from qualified professionals for any health issues and diagnoses that I may experience before applying any information I’ve received from sessions. If psychological or physical health issues come up during sessions I agree to seek medical advice from an appropriate professional.
Discrimination
Aubri Hathaway does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age or disability. If Aubri Hathaway is unable to provide services due to lack of resources time or availability this will be clearly communicated.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree:
Liability for the services provided by Aubri Hathaway is governed solely by the Australian Consumer Law and these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms removes your Statutory Rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Aubri Hathaway excludes all express or implied representations, conditions, guarantees, warranties, and terms relating to any Services except those set out in this Agreement.
Aubri Hathaway denies any liability in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, losses, claims, damages, expenses or proceedings incurred or suffered by you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with its services, including but not limited to any loss, damage or expense arising from any defect, error, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with the information or advice provided by her or information on this website.
Aubri Hathaway guarantees that all services are supplied to you with due care and skill and fit for the services advertised.
INDEMNITY
All users herein agree to insure and hold aubrihathaway.com our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners and/or licensor blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, which may include, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney fees made by any third party which may arise from any content a user of our site may submit, post, modify, transmit or otherwise make available through our Services, the use of Services or your connection with these Services, your violations of the Terms of Service and/or your violation of any such rights of another person
Fees and financial agreement
Fees are payable at the time of booking your session with Aubri Hathaway. Fees will be re-evaluated periodically. Annually fees may increase. Ample notice will be given when this occurs. Bank charges on returned payments / checks are the patient’s responsibility. I hereby agree that in consideration for services to be rendered by Aubri Hathaway, I shall make prompt payments. There are no refunds of services purchased from Aubri Hathaway or her website. If sessions purchased are unable to be attended they can be rescheduled for a future time but not refunded.
These terms and conditions may be updated at anytime. You will receive notification.
Acceptance* By accepting these terms you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to and accept all of the terms in this Agreement.
